A 'One-Stop' Shop

Welcome back my fellow Adventurers! Today we are going to visit a store that, at times, seems to be on almost every street corner. It is a place that is basically a 'one-stop shop' type of store. Which, when traveling, can come in handy. Especially if you have forgotten something while packing. I am, of course, referring to the store chain Dollar General. So let's get started!
I'm not sure about other states, but here in South Mississippi we have Dollar General stores in abundance. I personally have at least 3 or 4 of them within a 5 to 10 minute drive from my home. One of which is just right down the road. This store chain is, in my opinion, a 'one-stop shop' that has come in handy on several occasions. It is basically a tiny miniature version of Wal-Mart, and if you don't feel like dealing with the crowds at a big store, need a snack, or need to just make a quick trip to the store on your way back to your hotel or home, then Dollar General has what you need.

I have stopped at the Dollar General just down the street from my home on numerous occasions either on my home back from work or just needed to pick up stuff really quick for either myself of my family. They have a freezer/refrigerator section for drinks, milk, eggs, cheese, microwave meals, ice cream, etc. They have a food department for all your can goods, seasonings, baking needs, etc. They even recently added a produce section as well. They even sell clothes, make-up, medicine, bathroom supplies, feminine products, art supplies, home decor, pet supplies, etc.

So whether you are traveling or going to your local Dollar General, it is definitely a store to check out. Each location is a little bit different with what they offer. So next time you are traveling and realize you forgot something at home and see a Dollar General, pay them a visit. Chances are they have what you need.

Until next time my fellow Adventurers!
