Full Day of Fun 😁
Welcome back my fellow Adventurers. It is time for another location episode! This week I had a day out. Some of you even got to watch as I went through the new Buc’cees that opened recently in Pass Christian, MS. That is right! I am now doing LIVES on TikTok! I will have to work out some sort of schedule for it but I will try to let everyone know before hand when I decide to go live. Tuesday was a busy day with bowling at Big Play, eating at Cajuns, and then checking out the new Buc’cees. We have a lot to cover so let’s get started!
We started off the morning by going to Big Play to see if we could finally go bowling, and we were successful. I was finally able to break out my personal bowling ball and Converse looking bowling shoes after they have sat in my closet for a few years. Although the shoes may look like Converse, they are not. They are actually from a brand called BSI, that make bowling shoes. They do run pretty true to size. As for my ball it is a royal blue, black, and silver swirl color that matches my bag. If you plan on getting your own bowling equipment I do recommend going to your local bowling alley to order through them. I ordered mine through the Keesler Air Force base bowling alley and was able to get the holes sized to my fingers and got my named engraved on the ball. For those that can’t get on a military base you can always google which bowling alleys near you have a pro shop to order from. We played for an hour and we did better than we thought we would considering we hadn’t been bowling in a few years. The best part is that we got to do the bowling when the main lights were off and the black lights and neon lights were on! Mom didn’t much care for it but I loved it.
After bowling we drove over to the Pass Rd. Cajuns Fried Chicken restaurant for lunch. It’s my mom’s favorite. She’s addicted to their brownies. The restaurant is fairly small but the food is really good. It is a small buffet that has an assortment of fruit, veggies and other sides, and of course fried chicken (spicy and mild), and then a small dessert bar as well. It’s definitely something I recommend trying if you’re in the mood for good fried chicken.
After lunch we went to our final location which was the Buc’cee’s that just opened up in Pass Christian, MS. I was able to give a few of you a tour of the huge place during my first live on TikTok. Now while the Buc’cee’s in Dallas, TX is definitely bigger, the new location in Pass Christian, MS is still bigger than any other gas station I’ve seen in South Mississippi. It is literally a one stop shop for all travelers and even locals. It’s a gift shop, gas station, grocery store, bakery, bbq to-go, hunting shop all rolled into one and the prices really aren’t that bad. Cheaper than most other places I’ve been. I definitely recommend checking out a Buc’cee’s if you ever get the opportunity to visit one. You will go for the gas and leave with an overly full stomach and a couple souvenirs. It’s kind of like Walmart where you can go in for one thing, leave with $100 worth of stuff, and still forget what you went in there for in the first place. Over all I definitely love it when I get to visit a Buc’cee’s.
Well that about wraps up this weeks adventure. Don’t forget to check back on Saturday when Spirit will take over and wrap up the week. I look forward to doing more lives on TikTok and getting to know all my followers.
Until next time my fellow Adventurers!
