Spirit Take Over Episode: 23

Welcome back my fellow Adventurers! It is once again time to wrap up the week with your favorite host, me Spirit! This week we debated between dresses vs cover ups on Travel Tips and Tricks, and we revisited the Gulfport Pedro’s. Talk about a busy week and so little time to wrap it up. So let’s get started!

On this week’s Travel Tips and Tricks we debated between dresses vs. cover ups. I honestly don’t know why everyone doesn’t just wear fur coats like I do. Then you wouldn’t really need clothes. Though having a fur coats isn’t so fun in hot summer weather but at least I don’t have to change to go somewhere. But I do love my sunglasses and collar.

As for the location episode, we revisited the Gulfport Pedro’s. The food is so yummy. Still no dance floor though. I almost managed to snag a chip while everyone was talking about the upcoming trip, but mom caught me red pawed at the last second. Seriously, if people food wasn’t supposed to be eaten by dogs too then why does it smell so pawsome? Oh well, guess I’ll never know.

Well that pretty much wraps up the week. I’ll sniff out a place with a dance floor, good food, and pawsome music eventually. Don’t forget to check back Tuesday for an all new episode of Travel Tips and Tricks. As for the big trip happening, things are getting more official and preparations are being made. So far your hints are: can’t do lives, no internet without an internet package, and beach.

Woody’s Roadside Bar and Grill

One of the restaurants where my family likes to eat is Woody’s Roadside Bar and Grill located on Highway 605/ Lorraine Rd. I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and not once have I ever had bad service. All the employees are super nice and upbeat, and the food is amazing. My mom normally gets the chicken strips and fries while I get the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries, in my opinion, are absolutely addictive. 😋 I normally can’t finish all of mine, but that is ok because I take it home for leftovers to put in my lunch box for the next time I work at my part-time job.     I highly recommend eating here if you have the chance. The atmosphere is fun, the staff and food is amazing. It is a little loud in the restaurant so if you are looking for some place a little quieter, then this may not be for you. Ship Island Excursions Finally Open for The Season!

      Welcome back my fellow Adventures! I hope you enjoyed the latest episode of Travel Tips and Tricks Tuesday. I know all of you are wondering where we are going this week. Well, this is more like an announcement, because I personally won't be going till its warmer. However, for those that want to go to a really great beach in this cooler weather the Ship Island Excursions Ferry is opening back up for the season! Starting tomorrow, Friday, March 21, the ferry will start taking people back to Ship Island.     Tickets start at $44 for adults. They do offer different prices for seniors, kids, and military as well. The ferry ride takes about an hour to get to the Island. Get to the port early to get a good seat. They do offer concession stands on the boat and on the island, to be sure to bring extra money with you because it does cost extra. Prices for food, drinks, snacks, lounger and umbrella rentals, and souvenirs really isn't that bad.      Th...

Samurai Japanese Cuisine, Sushi Grill, and Bar

            Hi everyone, today we are taking a trip to Samurai Japanese Restaurant. It is a small restaurant located on Sangani Blvd, across the stree from the Wal-Mart Supercenter in D'Iberville, MS. The atmosphere of the restaurant, though small, is very quiet and relaxing with relaxing music playing quietly in the background.     Once seated your server brings out hot towel to clean your hands, which is a great touch. Especially in the winter when even just 2 minutes outside and your fingers will be ice cold. Then once you're ready the server will take your order. My mom and I only waited about 5 minutes and the server brought out our soups, salad, and spring rolls. They were served hot and delicious  ðŸ˜‹. Then about 5 minutes later our food arrived.
