Product Review Episode: 5

Welcome back my fellow Adventurers! It is once again time for another product review! Sorry this isn’t another location episode. However due to the trip next month location episodes will be a bit scarce for a bit. The product under review today is one I have mentioned before, but never did an official review on. It’s the Town Talk Anti- Tarnish Silver Polish Spray! So let’s get started!

The Town Talk spray I originally got to see if it could clean up some of my old silver jewelry. It did not disappoint! All I had to do was spray the solution on the jewelry piece and use an old toothbrush to scrub. Within seconds the tarnish and dirt were coming off. I used it to clean a cuff bracelet and a small compass pendant. It took less than 5 minutes for each piece to be shining like new again! Then I used a lint free cloth to kind of polish them up. Gave both pieces a good rinse under the faucet and then dried them with the lint free cloth. It was literally that easy to use! The spray is also surprisingly easy to afford too. You can get the spray at your local Michael’s Arts and Crafts store for about $13.00.

I highly recommend this product next time you need anything silver cleaned. Don’t waste your money trying to take it to an expensive jewelry store. Just get the spray from Michael’s and do it yourself in less than 5 minutes. I do recommend wearing gloves when using this product. It does have an odor that is hard to get off your hands. Be sure that you wipe the jewelry with a lint free cloth once more before you wear it for the first time after cleaning it.

One of the restaurants where my family likes to eat is Woody’s Roadside Bar and Grill located on Highway 605/ Lorraine Rd. I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and not once have I ever had bad service. All the employees are super nice and upbeat, and the food is amazing. My mom normally gets the chicken strips and fries while I get the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries, in my opinion, are absolutely addictive. 😋 I normally can’t finish all of mine, but that is ok because I take it home for leftovers to put in my lunch box for the next time I work at my part-time job.     I highly recommend eating here if you have the chance. Ship Island Excursions Finally Open for The Season!

      Welcome back my fellow Adventures! I hope you enjoyed the latest episode of Travel Tips and Tricks Tuesday. I know all of you are wondering where we are going this week. Well, this is more like an announcement, because I personally won't be going till its warmer. However, for those that want to go to a really great beach in this cooler weather the Ship Island Excursions Ferry is opening back up for the season! Starting tomorrow, Friday, March 21, the ferry will start taking people back to Ship Island.     Tickets start at $44 for adults. They do offer different prices for seniors, kids, and military as well. The ferry ride takes about an hour to get to the Island. Get to the port early to get a good seat. They do offer concession stands on the boat and on the island, to be sure to bring extra money with you because it does cost extra. Samurai Japanese Cuisine, Sushi Grill, and Bar

            Hi everyone, today we are taking a trip to Samurai Japanese Restaurant. It is a small restaurant located on Sangani Blvd, across the stree from the Wal-Mart Supercenter in D'Iberville, MS. The atmosphere of the restaurant, though small, is very quiet and relaxing with relaxing music playing quietly in the background.     Once seated your server brings out hot towel to clean your hands, which is a great touch. Especially in the winter when even just 2 minutes outside and your fingers will be ice cold. Then once you're ready the server will take your order. My mom and I only waited about 5 minutes and the server brought out our soups, salad, and spring rolls. They were served hot and delicious  😋. Then about 5 minutes later our food arrived.
