Spirit Take Over Episode: 29

Welcome back my fellow Adventurers! It time to wrap up the week with your favorite host, me, Spirit! This week in Travel Tips and Tricks we talked about taking multiple swimsuits with you on a trip. In the product review we discussed a cleaning spray for silver jewelry. Lot to wrap up and little time to do it. So let’s get started!

On this week’s episode of Travel Tips and Tricks we talked about taking multiple swimsuits with you on a trip. Glad I don’t have to worry about that. My fur is good for any occasion! But I guess humans prefer clothes. So multiple swimsuits on a trip in case something happens is a good idea. Especially if you get a stain on it or it’s not dry enough in the morning for your next adventure.

As for this week’s product review, we talked about a silver cleaning spray. It literally turned my mom’s bracelet and compass pendant from black dirty and yucky to shiny and silver again. Like they were brand new! Just spray a little on, brush it with an old toothbrush for a few seconds, wipe it with a lint free cloth, rinse really well, then dry and polish with the lint free cloth. It’s that easy and took mom less than 5 minutes on each piece of jewelry to get it like new again. The spray does stink so I would suggest using gloves so it doesn’t make your paws smell. Surprisingly though the jewelry doesn’t retain the smell like your skin does. The spray is called Town Talk Anti- Tarnish Silver Polish Spray. You can get it at your local Michael’s Arts and Crafts store.

One of the restaurants where my family likes to eat is Woody’s Roadside Bar and Grill located on Highway 605/ Lorraine Rd. I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and not once have I ever had bad service. All the employees are super nice and upbeat, and the food is amazing. My mom normally gets the chicken strips and fries while I get the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries, in my opinion, are absolutely addictive. 😋 I normally can’t finish all of mine, but that is ok because I take it home for leftovers to put in my lunch box for the next time I work at my part-time job.     I highly recommend eating here if you have the chance. The atmosphere is fun, the staff and food is amazing. It is a little loud in the restaurant so if you are looking for some place a little quieter, then this may not be for you. Ship Island Excursions Finally Open for The Season!

      Welcome back my fellow Adventures! I hope you enjoyed the latest episode of Travel Tips and Tricks Tuesday. I know all of you are wondering where we are going this week. Well, this is more like an announcement, because I personally won't be going till its warmer. However, for those that want to go to a really great beach in this cooler weather the Ship Island Excursions Ferry is opening back up for the season! Starting tomorrow, Friday, March 21, the ferry will start taking people back to Ship Island.     Tickets start at $44 for adults. They do offer different prices for seniors, kids, and military as well. The ferry ride takes about an hour to get to the Island. Get to the port early to get a good seat. They do offer concession stands on the boat and on the island, to be sure to bring extra money with you because it does cost extra. Prices for food, drinks, snacks, lounger and umbrella rentals, and souvenirs really isn't that bad.      Th...

Samurai Japanese Cuisine, Sushi Grill, and Bar

            Hi everyone, today we are taking a trip to Samurai Japanese Restaurant. It is a small restaurant located on Sangani Blvd, across the stree from the Wal-Mart Supercenter in D'Iberville, MS. The atmosphere of the restaurant, though small, is very quiet and relaxing with relaxing music playing quietly in the background.     Once seated your server brings out hot towel to clean your hands, which is a great touch. Especially in the winter when even just 2 minutes outside and your fingers will be ice cold. Then once you're ready the server will take your order. My mom and I only waited about 5 minutes and the server brought out our soups, salad, and spring rolls. They were served hot and delicious  ðŸ˜‹. Then about 5 minutes later our food arrived.
